Merriman helped install new floodlights to Basford United Football Club, a team that's been around for more than 100 years.
The club, who play in both the Central Midland League and the Nottingham Senior League, enlisted Merriman after we identified a cost saving in the various works required to bring their pitch up to standard.
Merriman installed the foundations and assisted the lighting specialist to fit the lights and cabling. With the pitch now updated the team is now able to play in a higher league.
