Deepcar, Stocksbridge, near Sheffield
Merriman is working in a joint venture with Bloor Homes to remediate around 40 acres of the former site of the Deepcar Brickworks. The remediation will produce around 27 acres of residential land and three acres for commercial usage. Read more >>

Merriman has re-profiled a colliery tip and remediated the colliery yard. The challenge was to make the colliery tip more attractive to wildlife and the colliery yard suitable for a mixed residential and commercial development working with Persimmon Homes. Read more >>
